Cool Conversation

Diane Butler Bass talks about Mainline Churches engaging the Emerging Conversation. It’s a wonderful presentation about moving away from the “fight between Jerry Falwell and Jack Spong” into more post-modern, perhaps more-loving paths. How can we be Christians? My favourite quote:

I belive in the Virgin Birth: it’s so beautiful it just has to be true; whether it happened or not.

The audio file is 1.5 hours long. It’s rather involving – but worth the involvement.
