Ok - this gets one thumb up (mine) and one thumb to the side (Todd’s):
Stir Fry some mixed veggies (I used a “Peking Mix” from Ingles) to which I added a couple of diced jalapenos. Add to this some shredded chicken. As the chicken is cooking, stir in one diced mango and two sliced star fruit. Add salt and pepper to tast.
In hindsight, I should have added some garlic and ginger to the oil for more flavour.
