This is Poutine: French fries, cheese curds (aka Squeaky Cheese) and gravy - in this case a vegan product called “Bisto”. I just made it for my lunch cuz it was what I wanted!
‘Tis all about the comfort food - and it’s a traditional food of Quebec and a lot of the rest of Canada, too. But I’m in Buffalo, today. Canada on Friday night, I think.
