NPR finally said the words I’ve been waiting to hear: reporting that someone, politically, had broached the possibility of Clinton and Obama on one ticket… Half, at least, of my prediction from January.
The question now, is, who will JMcC pick to run with him? Does McC♥Huckabee?

How about McCain | Rice for the Republican ticket? First black vice-president AND first woman vice-president — how about them diversity apples?
I think that is an interesting idea but I can only see it work if Hillary is the President. I cannot see her as number 2. Can they actually run on the same ticket after they have been killing each other on the trail? This could be an interesting convention.
McCain needs someone from the right to win back the right flank of the party. For many on the right he is to, wait for it, liberal. So who knows. He needs to not pick someone from this present administration to distance himself.
