I love this line from a Gov’t Memo:
the Fourth Amendment had no application to domestic military operations.
Please note: Domestic.
As for you people with the wrong blood: well, torture is legal for you, just as it was for the Jews.
Personally, I’d like to have a definition of “domestic” and “Military action”.
These decisions were made without benefit of court and without benefit of congress: in other words, by Executive Fiat.
I still wonder if we will have an election this year.
I think there will be an event, but whether it bears any resemblance to an election, not so sure about that. I’m not so sure about quite a few of these events over the past decade, to be honest…
