I’ll definitely have to make this, not this weekend, but the next (I have term papers that I absolutely have to write this week). I’ll let you know how it goes as I will have to do some substitutions to make it gluten and casein free. A combination of rice and almond flour will likely replace the regular flour, earth balance margarine in place of butter, and Tofutti’s soy cream cheese in place of the real thing. Dagoba makes my heart glad as their products are all gluten free and many also do not include milk or other dairy products. Thanks for the link and for creating the recipe!
I just ate the best gluten and dairy-free brownies I’ve ever made! Thanks for a great recipe! I stuck to the adjustments mentioned above and also added 1/2 tsp of xanthan gum. Gluten free flowers can have a tendency to be crumbly and xanthan gum holds them together. It made for a wonderful (if not healthy) breakfast:)
