Wayne and Shuster

Bright and early, as I turned on my machine, Peter IMed to links to a comedy troupe of whom I’d never heard: Wayne and Shuster. Evidently Canadian born and reared, they are quite funny in a Catskill Borscht Belt kind of way.
There are also Quite a few vids on YouTube, including “Rinse the Blood off my Toga” which Peter also shared with me.
I found them most enjoyable and, as Peter pointed out, they make no bones about assuming the intelligence of their audience. One wonders if a certain politician and/or her supporters would get any of the jokes - and would call it “elitist” humour because of its reach above their heads.
