Ethiopian Liturgical Resources

Hey, fellow Church Geeks! I found an on-line liturgical resource on the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. You can get liturgies (all 14 Anaphoras in English - including the one directly form Jesus himself) and several recordings (some in WMA and some in MP3).
I also enjoyed the theological articles which present Tewahedo theology directly. While I don’t pretend at all to understand the history and doctrine behind either view of the Human and Divine nature of Jesus - nor of the politics behind the arguments - it offered interesting reading.

Huw, this is a wonderful resource. I’m passing it on to my friend Jemonde Taylor, an African American seminarian who is learning Amharic and Ge’ez and, as an Episcopalian, studying with Ethiopian clergy alongside his regular seminary studies because he believes US African Americans need to know, understand, and possibly appropriate this ancient African Christian root as they face some African Americans saying that Christianity is the ’slave religion’ and Islam the true religion of Africa. Jemonde may well know of this site already. If he doesn’t, he’ll be making good use of it.
Donald - while clicking around, I also found http://www.copticchurch.net/ which has a galore of mp3s, (provided one registers). It also offers liturgical resources but they are written in the Coptic language with very few English translations outside of the the lectionary readings.
