Donald - while clicking around, I also found http://www.copticchurch.net/ which has a galore of mp3s, (provided one registers). It also offers liturgical resources but they are written in the Coptic language with very few English translations outside of the the lectionary readings.

Huw, this is a wonderful resource. I'm passing it on to my friend Jemonde Taylor, an African American seminarian who is learning Amharic and Ge'ez and, as an Episcopalian, studying with Ethiopian clergy alongside his regular seminary studies because he believes US African Americans need to know, understand, and possibly appropriate this ancient African Christian root as they face some African Americans saying that Christianity is the 'slave religion' and Islam the true religion of Africa. Jemonde may well know of this site already. If he doesn't, he'll be making good use of it.
