Christ is Risen!

Be Poets of the Logos!

Sarx (σαρξ) is the Greek word for "flesh". This is the blog of a Southern Man (sojourning in Buffalo, NY) attempting to follow God in the way of Jesus.

I am a priest in the Russian Orthodox Church in America (ROCIA). We are growing a Mission community here in Buffalo.

Disclaimer

I who have written this story, or rather this fable, give no credence to the various incidents related in it. For some things in it are the deceptions of demons, other poetic figments; some are probable, others improbable; while still others are intended for the delectation of foolish men. Worship at St Gregory’s Meta (final) Post

THERE WAS To be a couple of final posts from Rick Fabian’s Worship At St Gregory’s, but I see that the last segment on the Church Year is reprinted with permission from another publication – from which publishers I do not have the same permission. So I will respect the sources.

Here is a list, in the proper order, of all the posts in this topic:

Many thanks to Rick Fabian and to All Saints Company for permission to post this.

Wow! A labor of love. I have the original. Thank you for putting this online.

Zara – Read the Forward – two from Rick and one from me. There’s a level of humour in the dates picked…. The original text on All Saints Day. Rick’s first major edit on Transfiguration. And my electronic uploading on Ascension.

It was a labour of love! I’m looking for ways to plug this in in other places. Don’t know how, yet.
