I am also ISFJ. When I first took the test -- back in 1977 -- I was depressed by the outcome, but that is because I did not fully understand the categories. I was off the scale on introversion -- which amused my classmates because I talked all the time. They just had no idea how much talking I was doing in my own head!

I took the complete test a year and a half ago and am an (no surprise here) INTJ. Introvert, intuitive, thinking, judging. I am on the extreme side in each category, except the judging which is borderline. There's actually a book we used at the seminary that looked at our personality type when looking at ministry. I forgot the name though, and my bookshelf isn't handy.
