That picture of her is better than the one on her website. And I'm envious of you. She is one of three women directly responsible for my conversion.

Matt - her books are partly responsible for my conversion too - although in a negative way. Having worked in ECUSA for a long time, I avoided her books. I well-knew what ex-episcopalians could sound like. When I found East and Now for sale in a used bookstore, I picked it up. And it wasn't at all like I expected. As a result, I read the others. Then came email...

Jim - She didn't say anything about the shirt :-) Is tie-dye a no-no or a yes-yes for Khr? I wore the shirt because it was green and festive.

Thank you for the comments on the new colour scheme: it was for pentecost. I think I may take it to another layout sooner or later: I'm getting bored with blog-standard long and narrow.
