HE ER Epistle for today, (Ephesians 3:8-21) has this extraordinary line in it:
…through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places…
The traditional reading is to hear “principalities and powers” as something about angels, etc. But the terms, themselves are, exactly, Governing [...]
