Suh Loin of Pork

HIS Recipe was improvised solely because I found pepper-marinated loin of pork at Top’s yesterday. It requires Cheerwine, but, if you don’t live in North Carolina, you can, maybe, try Cherry Coke or Dr Pepper. Can anyone guess the rabbity reference in the recipe title?
